重轨钢中超低含量气体元素的快速测定

本方法利用LECO TCH600型氧氮氢分析仪测定重轨钢中超低含量气体元素.用线切割机从经轧制的钢材上取样,用碳化硅磨头和毡头对试样表面进行打磨与抛光,试样经剪切和超声波洗涤后进行分析.为保证基线稳定,设置了充分的脱气条件和分析延迟.通过实验,发现在较高的分析功率下,空白及试样中氢含量分析结果的精密度与低功率时没有显著区别;仪器经单标样校准后,工作曲线在用含量段准确度能够满足要求.由此确定了氧、氮、氢三元素同时测定和单标样校准的可行性,缩短了实验周期.用该方法分析标准物质,测定值与参考值一致,试样中氧、氮、氢分析的精密度(n=6)分别为2.92%、0.86%和3.68%.该方法快速简便,能够为重轨钢的生产与判定工作提供及时、可靠的数据.
