目的旨在探索临床诊断SARS病例红外热成像的表达规律,为红外热成像技术用于SARS监测提供依据。方法应用医用远红外热成像仪,采集临床诊断SARS病例躯干正前位红外热图,16级色码表达,半自动定位、定量,统计学处理。结果①临床诊断SARS病例色码分布可分为五型。②各型全胸区平均温值依次为:弥散型30.19℃;蝶翼型29.48℃;靶心型29.28℃;节段型29.14℃。各区平均温值依次为:腋中区30.46℃;左季区29.88℃;右季区29.77℃;锁上区29.72℃;颈前区29.67℃;胸肋区29.60℃;胸前区29.27℃。③各型、各区峰值温区的分布具有明显的规律。SARS病例红外热成像(IRI)具有明显的定位特征和定量规律;红外热成像(IRI)技术可较准确表达SARS病例生理、病理状态的多元信息。结论合理应用红外热成像技术对SARS进行监测具有重要意义。
Objective To explore the clinical diagnosis of SARS cases of infrared thermography expression rules for infrared thermography to provide the basis for SARS monitoring. Methods The medical far infrared thermal imager was used to collect the front anterior infrared thermogram of the trunk of patients diagnosed with SARS. The color code was expressed by 16 levels, semi-automatic positioning, quantitative and statistical analysis. Results ① The color code of clinical diagnosis of SARS can be divided into five types. ② The average temperature values of the whole chest region were as follows: diffuse 30.19 ℃, wing 29.48 ℃, bull’s eye 29.28 ℃, segment 29.14 ℃. The average temperature value of each district was as follows: axillary area 30.46 ℃; the left area 29.88 ℃; the right area 29.77 ℃; the locked area 29.72 ℃; the anterior cervical area 29.67 ℃; the chest rib area 29.60 ℃; the anterior chest area 29.27 ℃. ③ various types, the peak area of ?? the distribution of temperature has obvious rules. Infrared thermal imaging (IRI) in SARS patients has obvious localization and quantitative rules. Infrared thermography (IRI) can accurately represent the multiple information of the physiological and pathological states of SARS cases. Conclusion The application of infrared thermography to the monitoring of SARS is of great significance.
