　　Female breast cancer is one of the most common cancers among middle aged and older women.According to NCI statistics, there will be 232,670 new cases and 40,000 people will die of this disease in 2014.Chemotherapy has been proven the most effective treatment for breast cancer.However, the multidrug resistance (MDR) remains the major obstacle to chemotherapeutic success, leading to low therapeutic index.
