Vanadium dioxide(VO2)is an ideal thermosensitive material because of its low critical phase transition temperature(Tc)of 68℃.At this Tc,the properties of vanadium dioxide such as optical transmittance,reflectance and conductance can change greatly with its crystallographic structure transition,and can be applied as thermosensitive smart window.Furthermore,the phase transition temperature can be reduced by doping with W,Mo,F and etc.in the previous studies,single W-doped VO2 have been investigated to reduce transition temperature,but single W-doped VO2 reveals drastic Tc shifts with less dopant concentration so it is hard to adjust Tc to the desired temperature.
