Objective: Transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP) is a gold standard surgical procedure to treat the bothersome BPH induced LUTS within the range less than 100 mL.Just after a complete resection of the prostate,especially the posterior portion,however,the insertion of a Foley catheter could be very difficult or impossible,even while using a stylet.We demonstrates two techniques to more easily insert a Foley catheter just after performing theTURP.
