晋中麦区不同麦类品种根际土壤细菌群落多样性研究

  [研究背景]根际土壤微生物多样性在可持续作物生产中作用攸关。针对田间耕作、栽培、管理措施对小麦根际土壤细菌群落多样性的研究较多,而有关不同染色体倍数、不同筋性、不同粒色的优质麦类品种根际土壤细菌群落多样性的比较研究未见报道。[材料与方法]本研究选择优质麦类品种10个,分别是引自河南省国家小麦工程中心的豫麦34(六倍体,强筋,白粒),扬州大学农学院的烟农19(六倍体,强筋,白粒)和淮麦18(六倍体,中筋,白粒),山西省农科院棉花科学研究所的乌麦202W22(六倍体,中筋,黑粒);加拿大的硬粒小麦Yavaros F9(四倍体,强筋,白粒)、黑麦4R(2二倍体,中筋,黑粒)和太饲1号(八倍体,中筋,红粒),以及山西农业大学小麦研究所提供的山农129(六倍体,强筋,红粒)、山农紫小麦(六倍体,强筋,紫粒)和黑小麦031244(六倍体,强筋,黑粒),运用DGGE方法和16S rDNA片段的DNA测序方法分析收获后根际土壤细菌菌群多样性并作种群鉴定。
