An asymmetric periodic device driven by both a high-frequency signal and a lowffequency signal is investigated.First,the phenomenon of multiple current reversals is observed by varying amplitude of the high-frequency forcing.Then giant vibrational resonance arises where the weak signal with low-frequency is amplified by orders of magnitude.Relationship between themultiple current reversals and giant vibrational resonance is revealed by virtue of a high-frequency renormalization mechanism.
