燃煤发电厂贮灰场灰坝下游坡经常出现渗透湿片及渗漏现象,危及坝体运行安全.通过调查研究,吸取尾矿库和贮灰场坝体加固以及辐射井取水与地基基坑降水的工程经验,在铁岭发电厂贮灰场灰坝渗漏治理过程中,成功采用辐射井排渗,效果明显,其设计经验具有典型性,可供类似工程设计借鉴.目前铁岭灰场辐射井排渗工程已投入运行,排渗效果非常好,设计要求浸润线降到106m标高,目前实测结果已降到104m标高.安全评价部门已到现场回访,认为治理效果良好.
