李堡油田为适应简化地面集输工艺、降低能耗、提高油田开发整体经济效益的要求,站外集输采用井口电加热器、管线中频电缆解堵单管集输工艺;单井采用功图计量技术;集油站内供热采用太阳能辅助电加热计算机控制节能技术。采用新工艺、新技术、新设备和新材料取代传统的加热炉、三管流程和计量房,降低了运行成本,同时大大降低了能耗和减少了环境污染。
In order to meet the requirements of simplifying the ground gathering and transportation process, reducing energy consumption and improving the overall economic benefits of oilfield development, Li-Bao Oilfield uses wellhead electric heaters and pipeline IF cables to plug and collect single-tube gathering and transportation technologies. Metering technology; gas station within the heating using solar-assisted electrical heating computer-controlled energy-saving technologies. Replacing a traditional furnace, three-pipe process and metering chamber with new processes, new technologies, new equipment and new materials reduces operating costs while significantly reducing energy consumption and reducing environmental pollution.
