Warming and altered precipitation are unequivocal of the climate system and will likely interact to modify ecosystem biogeochemical processes. However, the effects of climate change on soil microbe that regulate ecosystem processes remain poorly understood. We measured the direct or indirect and interactive effects of multifactor climate change on soil bacterial and fungal communities in an experiment that exposed to an alpine meadow in Qing Hai China with different temperature (Ambient,+2℃),and precipitation (Ambient,+50%precipitation,-50%precipitation).
