In order to optimize the manufacturing process of fused AZS material,the cooling process of fused AZS material was simulated by using Anycasting software,using the finite element simulation method.The effects of the interfacial heat transfer coefficient between riser and mold on solidification sequence,solidification time,temperature gradient and residual melt modulus of the material were investigated.
