Objective: Circadian disturbance, including sleep disorders and behavior patterns change, are frequently seen in aging and even more pronounced in Alzheimers disease(AD).However, there is still lack of detailed evidence on the characteristics of circadian disturbance in AD.Thus, the present study investigated the behavioral characteristics of circadian rhythm in triple transgenic(3xTg)AD model mice.
