A great progress has been made in non-motor function research of cerebellar, such as, cognition, learning and neural-regulation.Most of these research points to the internal structure of cerebellar, therefore accurate analysis of the internal spatial structure of cerebellar became a crucial factor.In this study, we select 8 males and 8 females formalin-fixed adult cerebellar specimens, these specimens were tinted and embedded by celloidin and performed 16 groups successive horizontal and coronal sections with the thickness of 250μm.
