In this paper,the beam-wave interaction of a 170 GHz megawatt-level corrugated coaxial-gyrotron operating at TE31,12 mode was studied numerically.Based on the self-consistent nonlinear theory and single-mode approximation,the influences of electronic velocity spread and cavity wall resistivity on a 170GHz megawatt-level Corrugated Coaxial-gyrotron are presented.
