　　20 Trichoderma spp strains were screened in 48 saline-alkali soil samples from Tianjin and Hebei province.These strains can grow on PDA plate with tolerance of 8% NaCl and pH 8.0.And then, the ability of Trichoderma spp restrained tobacco root disease with Pythium aphanidernatum ACCC 38064 and Phytophthora parasitica var nicotianae ACCC 38065 were evaluated in vitro and pot experiments.
