We investigated distribution of mesenchymal (CD31-, CD34-, CD45-, CD44+, CD73+, CD90+,CD 106+) and hematopoietic (Lin-, Sca-1+, c-Kit+, CD34-) stem cells, progenitor hematopoietic cells (Lin-, Sea-1 +, c-Kit+), pan-hematopoietic cells (CD45+), progenitor fibroblast cells (CD45),pluripotent (CD45-, TER119-, cKit-1-, Flk-1-) and oligopotent (CD45-, TER119-, CD133+,CD49flow) progenitor b-cells of the pancreas and bronchial stem cells (ceils Clara) (CD45-, CD31, CD34-, Sca-1 low, AFlow) in various tissues and organs (bone marrow, blood, pancreas, lung) from adult mice with myelosuppression, fibrosis or diabetes.
