  CuInSe2 nanocrystals have been successfully synthesized via many kinds of methods.In our study, the high-quality, monodisperse chalcopyrite high crystallinity CuInSe2 nanocrystals have been successfully synthesized by a facile solution-phase route.Copper stearate, Indium sterrate, cuprous chloride, are used as precursors in this paper since their low-toxicity, low-cost, high-reactivity, stability existence in the organic solvent.
