以菱镁矿为原材料,通过煅烧温度、保温时间、升温速率、入炉菱镁矿的颗粒尺寸等工艺参数的调整制备了轻烧氧化镁膨胀剂。采用重量灼烧减法和柠檬酸法分别测定了轻烧氧化镁膨胀剂的烧失量和水化活性,阐述了轻烧氧化镁烧失量和水化活性与煅烧温度、保温时间、升温速率、入炉菱镁矿颗粒尺寸之间的关系。 Using magnesite as raw material, a light-burned magnesia expansion agent was prepared by adjusting the process parameters of calcining temperature, holding time, heating rate and particle size of the ingot magnesite.
