目的探讨三维超声成像在胎儿嘴唇探测中的价值。方法采用NAS-2000a全数字彩色多普勒超声诊断仪,对125例20~42周的胎儿嘴唇结构进行二维探测及三维超声重建。结果二维超声成像103例(82.4%)胎儿能获得满意的嘴唇结构图像。三维超声成像114例(91.2%)胎儿能获得满意的嘴唇表面三维图像。结论三维超声成像可提高胎儿嘴唇探测的成功率。
Objective To explore the value of three-dimensional ultrasonography in fetal lips detection. Methods NAS-2000a digital color Doppler ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus was used to detect the fetal lips structure in 125 cases from 20 to 42 weeks and reconstruct the three-dimensional ultrasound. Results Two-dimensional ultrasound imaging in 103 cases (82.4%) of fetuses can obtain satisfactory lip structure images. Three-dimensional ultrasound imaging in 114 cases (91.2%) of fetuses can get satisfactory three-dimensional images of the lips surface. Conclusion Three-dimensional ultrasound imaging can improve the success rate of fetal lips detection.
