  The dependence of barium titanate grain size and phase transition was measured in a frequency of 1000 Hz with the temperature range from 150 to 500 K by broadband dielectric spectroscopy.The diffused phase transition characters in nanograin BaTiO3 ceramics below 100nm is approved.The relaxation mechanism of 70nm nanocrystalline BaTiO3 ceramics is analyzed,and the huge permittivity at low-frequency is explained in terms of the Maxwell-Wagner(MW)polarization model.
