　　The complex perovskites with general formula of A(B0.5B"0.5)O3(A=La,Sm,Nd,Dy,B=Mg,Zn,Co,B"=Ti,Sn,)have been extensively studied due to their ultra high quality factor.Among these complex perovskites,Nd(Zn0.5Ti0.5)O3(NZT)exhibited excellent microwave dielectric properties represented by ultra high Q×f value(170,000GHz).However,the relatively large negative temperature coefficient of resonant frequency(τf=-42×10-6/oC)limits its application for practical usage.
