青少年网络违法犯罪问题的对策

本文概括当前青少年网络违法犯罪的五个特点，从互联网、家庭、学校、“网络边缘文化”和青少年自身特点等方面，阐释青少年网络违法犯罪产生的原因，对襄樊市近几年的青少年网络违法犯罪的情况进行简要分析，并结合本地的治安实际，从社会预防、家庭预防、学校预防、公安机关预防及司法预防等方面提出了治理对策。

浅论青少年网络犯罪

文章以上海市虹口区检察院受理的未成年人犯罪案件数量为例，指出青少年网络犯罪现象应当引起高度重视。论述了青少年在网络中的危机与弱势，列举了青少年网络违法犯罪的类型，分析了青少年沉迷于网络的相关因素，并从完善法律制度及通过非法律手段从社会各个方面减少青少年网络犯罪两方面，提出了预防措施。
