Analysis of the composition and quantitiy of diatoms was done after net and water samples being collected from 18 stations in typical red-tide regions of Changjiang River Estuary and its adjacent water in April, May and October of 2010.Diatom species composition of three cruises were: 43 genus belonging to134 species, 37genus belonging to 126 species and 45 genus belonging to 155 species, separately.
