　　Ponatinib is a multi-target protein tyrosine kinase inhibitor,and its effects on HCC have not been previously explored.In the present study,we investigated its effects on HCC cell growth and the underlying mechanisms.Among a panel of tyrosine kinase inhibitors,ponatinib most effectively decreased the proliferation of three HCC cell lines,SK-HEP-1,SNU-423 and Bel-7402.

蓝细菌是一类古老的光合原核微生物，是原核生物中基因组低、中、高拷贝共存的典型物种之一。基于DNA荧光染色，发现细长聚球藻PCC 7942胞内DNA在特定时期会形成独立的类核区，统计分析表明其基因组拷贝数(倍性)在4-6之间。流式细胞仪分析发现，在延滞期，细长聚球藻PCC 7942基因组拷贝数迅速上升，在指数生长期和平台期，拷贝数不断下降。
