Objective To analyse MR manifestation of knee gout,the degree of damage evaluation of knee joint.Materials and methods to collect cases in 2010-2016 in our department of rheumatology,54 patients with diagnosis of knee gout,to analyze the image data,including 45 male,female 9,age 33-86,the median age 54,all patients were performed conventional imaging examination and MR scanning,MR scanning sequence using FSE,SE,PDF knee joint axis vector coronary scanning,scanning parameter :SE sequence T1 TR500 TE14,TR2000 SET2 sequences,TE80,TR2000 PDF sequences,TE40,4 mm,with a thick layer spacing of 0.4,FOV16,256 x256 matrix.By two high qualification skeletal muscle system image doctor respectively for tendon ligament and bone erosion and affected parts(joints,joint surface),joint effusion,bone marrow edema,synovial hyperplasia,gout nodules of soft tissue and joint deformities 7 class independent diagnosis signs,both subjective consistency of statistics.With reference to the knee joint trauma surgery grade 1,quasi gouty knee can be divided into: level 0 without joint damage(synovial thickness is less than 4 mm)level 1 synovial hyperplasia or synovial injury(synovial thickness greater than 4 mm),2 levels of the joint surface focal bone erosion without ligament damage level 3 articular cartilage injury with or without ligament damage level 4 chronic injury of articular cartilage and ligament and joint deformities.Slippery bursa only show the joint effusion without obvious synovial hyperplasia of 0 level; Joint effusion and synovial obvious thickening for level 1; A tophus accompanied by the joint surface erosion and bone marrow edema to level 2; Articular surface with or without bone erosion of ligament erosion for level 3(according to the presence of joint ligament damaged two subtypes); Articular cartilage and ligament and extensive involvement,loss of joint stability,traumatic arthritis and joint deformities,grade 4.Results: gouty knee joint damage level 0,7 cases,9 cases of grade 1,2 levels of 13 cases,18 cases of level 3,4,8 cases of anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)20 cases,affected after cruciate ligament(PCLS),9 cases affected medial collateral ligament suffered 8 cases,the lateral collateral ligament suffered in 11 cases,popliteal tendon involvement in 5 cases,6 cases of patellar tendon involvement,other tendon ligament involvement in 7 cases,26 cases of articular cartilage erosion,joint bone erosion in 13,synovial thickening(greater than 4 mm)33 cases,joint effusion 54 cases,32 cases partial bone marrow edema.Conclusion Comprehensive analysis of gout knee MR performance has important value to evaluate the damage degree of the knee joint.
