In the area of Diabetic foot(DF) active oxygen is in high expression,and causes vascular lesions.Although mesenchymal stem cells(MSC) can promote healing of DF,they are also vulnerable to active oxygen.we transfect MSC (MnSOD-MSC) with manganese superoxide dismutase (MnSOD),and under the environmcnt of high sugar, MSC is with good form and good activity;in conditioned medium (CM),protein factors like VEGF,GSHPX,etc.are in high expression;CM can promote proliferation or chemokines of human umbilical vein endothelial cells;if is validated in DF model that MnSOD-MSC can accelerate angiogenesis and wound healing.
