目前在各普通中学教务管理工作看似正常运转的表象之下实则隐藏着诸多不稳定因素:管理机制的僵化、缺乏现代化技术手段、教务管理人员素质参差不齐,这些都严重影响着教务管理效能。本文结合自身在教务工作中遇到的问题以及积累的经验对教务管理效能现存问题进行了分析和探究,以期更好的为教务管理工作服务。
At present, under the appearance of the seemingly normal operation of educational administration in ordinary secondary schools, many unstable factors are hidden in reality: the rigid management mechanism, the lack of modern technical means and the uneven quality of educational administration personnel all seriously affect the effectiveness of educational administration . Based on the problems encountered in educational administration and the accumulated experience, this article analyzes and probes into the existing problems of educational administration effectiveness in order to serve the educational administration better.
