Gold nanoparticles gained attention as attractive materials for delivery system, optical sensing, and phototherapy [1].Recently,polymeric nanoparticles combined with gold nanoparticles have been suggested as a versatile delivery system since they can possess properties from polymeric nanoparticles while maintaining properties from gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) embedded in the matrix.Especially, nanogels have been suggested as an excellent carrier with gold nanoparticles since they could not only encapsulate and release various biomolecules in controllable ways but also prohibit metal nanoparticle aggregation and possibly reduce cytotoxicity [2].
