航空发动机的核心机装配,是在翻转装配车上完成的.该装配车虽然可以完成整台发动机全部装配工作,但装配车较高,装配架的空间有限,给装配过程带来很多困难,也增加了装配周期.本文对托架式核心机装配进行了可行性分析,从而将发动机核心机装配移至地面托架上进行,在原有的装配基础上,结合地面托架装配的特点,制定了新的工艺方案,设计了核心机支撑台和吊具两套工位器具,并经过实际验证证明其完全可行,实现了核心机单独装配
