:
目的 探讨西格列汀对糖尿病大鼠肾脏8-羟基脱氧鸟苷(8-OHdG)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)表达的影响.方法 采用高糖高脂饮食结合小剂量链脲佐菌素的方法复制糖尿病大鼠模型.将造模成功大鼠随机分为DM组(糖尿病未干预组),Sita1组(西格列汀1mg/kg/d干预组),Sita2组(西格列汀10mg/kg/d干预组),并设立NC组(正常对照组).DM组和NC组分别给予等量生理盐水灌胃.14周末观察各
