小麦白粉病是威胁我国小麦安全生产的主要病害,不仅造成小麦产量的重大损失,而且还可导致品质下降。化学防治会造成环境问题,更加突显选育抗病品种在小麦育种中的必要性。由于病原菌群体毒力的变化,致使大部分抗病基因在短时间内就可能失去抗性。因此,发掘新的抗白粉病基因是小麦抗病育种的重要研究内容。良星66和汶农14都是国家审定的优良小麦品种,其抗白粉病基因PmLX66和PmW14已被定位于小麦5DS染色体上,

小麦白粉病是威胁我国小麦安全生产的主要病害,不仅造成小麦产量的重大损失,而且还可导致品质下降。化学防治会造成环境问题,更加突显选育抗病品种在小麦育种中的必要性。由于病原菌群体毒力的变化,致使大部分抗病基因在短时间内就可能失去抗性。因此,发掘新的抗白粉病基因是小麦抗病育种的重要研究内容。良星66和汶农14都是国家审定的优良小麦品种,其抗白粉病基因PmLX66和PmW14已被定位于小麦5DS染色体上,与Pm2基因共有连锁标记SCAR203,这两个基因可能与Pm2位于同一基因座。本研究旨在对PmLX99、Pm W14和Pm2基因进行等位性测验,检验这些抗病基因的关系,同时,利用从河南、河北、山东、北京等地小麦生产田产区采集和分离的小麦白粉菌菌株,比较PmLX66、Pm W14和Pm2基因对不同毒力型白粉菌菌株的反应。
