Vibrio parahaemololyticus was a common pathogenic bacterium in seafood.In this paper,Immunoglobulin of yolk (IgY) based indirect double antibody sandwich enzyme linked immunsorbent assay (ELISA) was developed for detection of Vp in food.In this sandwich ELISA technique,anti-Vp IgY was used as the capture antibody and anti-Vp rabbit IgG as the detection antibody.Antibodies were raised and purified from chicken egg yolk and rabbit serum,the titer of 10mg/mL anti-Vp IgY was 1∶14400,and the titer of 10mg/mL anti-Vp IgG was 1∶204800.
