地龙低温超微粉碎特性研究

目的:研究地龙粉碎后粉体特性,为小金丸粒子设计提供原料粉体依据.方法:采用振动式低温药物超微粉碎机对地龙进行粉碎,每隔3min取样,检测样品的粒径、比表面积及孔隙率.结果:随着粉碎时间的增加,粒径先逐渐减小,而后粒子团聚,粒径增加;绘制粒径快速变化区-缓慢变化区-粉碎平衡区-逆粉碎区变化曲线,建立粒径与粉碎时间回归方程;随粉碎时间增加,比表面积及孔隙率先增加,后减小;得到吸附-脱附等温线与孔结构及形状之间的关系.结论:低温振动式超微粉碎,可以保证地龙成分不变,在达到适宜的粉碎粒径后不容易聚集,达到粒子设计的要求.
