绘制SiO2标准曲线时的影响因素与解决对策

绘制标准工作曲线,是火电厂化学监督在使用比色分析法分析相关物质前的首要工作,它的准确与否关系到物质浓度测量的准确性.为此,本文从比色分析法的原理和实际操作规范出发,分析得到三点影响工作曲线绘制准确性的影响因素:朗伯比尔定律影响因素、操作细节与仪器使用规范,建议在操作过程中必须严格保证单色光入射,要保证化学反应所使用的药品为优级纯级别;另外,吸取药品前首先观察试剂瓶底部是否有沉淀,如有沉淀,则需避免吸取到沉淀。确保使用在有效期内的药品,加药量准确,等待时间足够,加药后药品与溶液完全混合均匀。控制配制工作液的操作误差、加药中的误差,以及注意测样顺序、调零细节。另外仪器样品室内需干燥清洁,仪器使用前必须对仪器进行充分时间的预热,预热时仪器盖处于打开状态,以防消光电池疲劳,灵敏度变差。仪器使用前,首先使用遮光体调T零,然后用除盐水调100%T,调零时不许打开样品室盖。测硅时使用要求规格的比色皿等。
