In the time-based competition conditions,the management of knowledge workers become the core issue.Knowledge workers are different from the general staff in enterprises,its management should be more from the relationship,emotional and psychological level to start,through the implementation of the psychological contract to achieve a win-win between the corporation and knowledge workers.
