本文观察了体外反搏(ECP)对右房血血小板功能的影响。结果显示:①血小板内5-羟色胺(5-HT)在反搏过程中有下降趋势,但血浆5-HT在ECP过程中则变化不明显;②循环血小板聚集比(CPAR)在ECP30分钟有所升高,60分钟达高峰,停机后15分钟恢复至ECP前水平;③循环血小板计数(CPC)在ECP30分钟时开始升高,60分钟时达高峰,停机后15分钟已有所下降,但尚未恢复至ECP前水平。提示ECP虽能使血小板部分激活,但却能抑制其聚集。
This article examines the effect of extracorporeal counterpulsation (ECP) on right atrial platelet function. The results showed that: (1) Platelet serotonin (5-HT) has a tendency of declining during the counterpulsation process, but plasma 5-HT has no obvious change during the ECP process; ② Circulating platelet aggregation ratio (CPAR) (P <0.05), and reached its peak at 60 minutes and returned to the pre-ECP level 15 minutes after downtime. (3) The circulating platelet count (CPC) began to rise at 30 minutes of ECP and reached a peak at 60 minutes. Return to pre-ECP levels. Tip ECP although platelet activation, but can inhibit its aggregation.
