The biocontrol yeast Rhodotorula glutinis showed promising commercial use due to its ability to survive on fruit surfaces under field conditions,to adapt to postharvest storage conditions of low temperature,Iow-O2 and high-CO2 concentrations,and to improve its biocontrol activity when combination with some exogenous substances such as ammonium molybdate,sodium bicarbonate,salicylic acid and low dosage of preservatives.The present research is to evaluate the effect of different nutritional and environmental conditions on the mass producton of biocontrol yeast Rhodotorula glutinis.
