Phosphylated adducts can be used to monitor organophosphates (OPs) poisoning[1].In this paper, we describe recent advances in tyrosine, serine and lysine which are employed as motifs for OPs binding to proteins. The OPs-labeled serine adducts including the sequence of GlyXSerXGly[2] occur dealkylation during the aging process and the OPs can be substituted from serine residues after oxime therapy.
