　　Polycrystalline sol–gel-derived SrTiO3/Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3/SrTiO3(ST/NBT/ST)thin films were designed to achieve the electrical isolation of the NBT and to mediate the temperature dependency of the dielectric properties by balancing the positive and negative temperature coefficients of the dielectric permittivity associated with the pure NBT and ST component,respectively.
