Ordnance noncommissioned officer professional practice is an important part of the teaching of NCO Academies, it is one crucial way to make up for the defects of institutions teaching effect, is a way to strengthen the effectiveness of teaching institutions in the teaching process, is also a kind of important practical process in teaching activities.By the way of close to the troops, close to the equipment, close combat,close to the positions, professional practice is the basic model for ordnance noncommissioned officer trainees,and professional pactice oriented to ordnance noncommissioned officer jobs business capacity is the main style for NCO Academies.How to establish a noncommissioned officer trainee practice goal, practice style, practice management, practice evaluation mode is a serious problem at present and on the basisof scientific organizations, practice is an effective way to promot noncommissioned officers to enhance the operational capacity.
