In this paper, the Taguchi robust design concept is combined with the multi-objective deterministic optimization method to overcome single piont optimization problems in Aerodynamics.The latter techniques produce solutions that perform well for the selected design point but have poor off-design performance.Here, we show how our approach can provide robust solutions using game theory in the sense that the solutions are as less insensitive to the uncertainty of the input parameters as possible.Starting from a statistical definition of stability, the method finds, Pareto non-dominated and Nash equilibrium solutions for performance and stability simultaneously.
