本文主要讨论了羰基硫水解催化剂在克劳斯尾气处理和化工原料气净化两种工况条件下的失活问题,探讨了各种因素对水解催化剂活性的影响,提出了表面硫酸盐化机理。据此可以较圆满地解释所得的实验结果,并可以采取有效措施来防止催化剂的硫酸盐化中毒。
In this paper, the problems of inactivation of carbonyl sulfide catalyst under two working conditions, Claus exhaust gas purification and chemical raw material gas purification, are discussed. The effects of various factors on the activity of the hydrolysis catalyst are discussed. The surface sulfation mechanism is proposed. Based on this, the experimental results obtained can be satisfactorily explained and effective measures can be taken to prevent the catalyst from sulfation poisoning.
