The influences of controlling parameters such as pH, Redox potential,temperature and bacteria on the copper recovery rate were investigated.The present paper provide appropriate operating parameters for the industry application and increase the efficiency of the bioleaching of low grade copper sulfides.The experimental data of the bioleaehing of copper sulfide were fitted to a kinetic curve of mineral dissolved model.The results show that the mineral dissolve was controlled by the surface chemical reaction of the mineral at prior period and diffusion control at later period for the product layer.
