  Introduction: Exosomes are small membrane vesicles abundant in plasma.Exosomes are important in cell-to-cell communication and may play a role in HIV disease.It is recently revealed that exosomes contain functional microRNAs(miRNAs)which can be delivered into recipient cells,exerting biological functions.MiRNAs are also reported to be related to host cell innate immunity and HIV infection.
