本文通过对红星苹果在成熟过程中12个形态及生物学指标的系统测定,以及对不同采收期果实呼吸动态和乙烯消长规律的研究,结合不同采收期果实冷藏和气调贮藏试验的结果,提出果实内源乙烯含量可作为红星苹果适期采收的主要生物学指标,淀粉指数可作为主要参考指标,彩色、可溶性固形物含量、种子颜色可做为参考指标.
In this paper, we systematically studied the 12 morphological and biological indexes of Red Star apple during its ripening process, and studied the respiration dynamics and ethylene decrement of fruits at different harvest times. Combining the results of cold storage and controlled-temperature storage in different harvesting periods, It is suggested that endogenous ethylene content in fruit can be used as the main biological index for proper harvesting of Red Star apple. Starch index can be used as main reference index, color, soluble solid content and seed color as reference index.
