对于提高晶硅太阳能组件长期可靠性而言,封装膜起着非常关键的作用,包括通过提高更好的环境保护以及电绝缘性能。最近几年来,聚烯烃封装膜被开发用来替代EVA封装膜。相对于EVA而言,聚烯烃弹性体可以消除黄变,放酸以及提供更佳的电性能。本报告将详细讨论封装材料对组件长期可靠性的影响以及聚烯烃封装膜的优势。
