The nation vigorously carries out energy-saving power generation scheduling policy.This paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of centralized control scheduling of cascade hydropower stations.Take specific basin as an example,analysising the benefits of centralized control scheduling of cascade hydropower stations in enhancing water resources utilization,improving security of the power grid,and energy-saving emission reduction.
