Background Different techniques and material have been developed for the treatment of coronary chronic total occlusions (CTO) in recent years.Therefore,the efficiency of interventional treatment was significantly improved.The aim of this study was to evaluate the current techniques and material in the treatment of CTO in our center.Methods We retrospectively reviewed all patients (n=318) with CTO hospitalized in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2012.CTO was defined as a total occlusion with an estimated duration of occlusion ＞3 months.
