背景/目的：γδT细胞是固有免疫细胞的重要组成之一，根据其γ或δ链的使用不同，将其分为多个亚群。在小鼠中，按照γδ T细胞γ链使用的不同，分为7个亚群，分别为Vγ1+、vγ2+、Vγ3+、Vγ4+、Vγ5+、Vγ6+与Vγ7+ T亚群。
