　　Hyperhomocysteinemia (HHcy) is an independent risk factor for cardiovascular diseases.Endothelial and immune cell interaction is an early event in HHcy-induced vascular injury and atherosclerosis.Homocysteine(Hcy) has been reported to inhibit DNA methylation by affecting the ratio of SAH and SAM,thus participating in a variety of pathophysiological processes.
